This is Hell March from Red Alert.
All the versions of Hell March are incredibly hype. I remember listening to Frank Klepacki as a kid and wishing there was more stuff like the Red Alert OST out there. You know, this high-energy hybrid of techno and rock. Gets me pumped up every time I hear it.
