This is Dancing Mad, from Final Fantasy VI. It is widely considered to be Nobuo Uematsu's magnum opus, and it probably is.
I can't say I personally like it as much as One Winged Angel, perhaps because I haven't yet played the section of FFVI this track goes to, so I don't fully appreciate the context. Like I've said before, my jaw was literally on the floor when One Winged Angel started up during the final fight in FF7.
Anyway, I think this song conveys the idea of having to confront and fight a Mad God (Kefka) really well. It's a dynamic song with a lot going on in it, which makes it a lot of fun to listen to over and over again, which I have been.
